The undersigned hereby assigns IEHE The Quest all rights under copyright that may exist in the above Work, and any revised or expanded derivative works, based on the Work submitted to IEHE The Quest by the undersigned. The Author grants IEHE The Quest full right to print, publish and create derivative works including the rights to develop, reproduce, promote, distribute, sell, and archive the submitted work not excluding any revisions or versions or subsequent editions of the Work in whatsoever language and media all over the world. However, the author(s), reserve the following rights:
· All proprietary rights other than copyrights, such as patent rights,
· The right to use or present all or part of this article, including tables and figures in future works of their own, provided that a proper acknowledgment is made to the Journal, and
· The right to make copies of this article for his/her own use, but not for sale.
Author’s Declaration
The undersigned hereby affirms that:
1. the Work, submitted to IEHE The Quest for publication, has neither been published elsewhere, nor is it under consideration with any other publisher;
2. the Work is original and that the Undersigned is the author of the Work; to the extent the Work incorporates text passages, figures, data or other material from the works of others, the undersigned has obtained such permissions as may be necessary;
3. the Work does not infringe any proprietary or personal rights of others (including, without limitation, any copyrights or privacy rights). If any plagiarism is found in the Work after publication, it shall be the onus of the author to resolve such issues or bear the consequences thereof and IEHE The Quest or its Board members shall neither be liable nor be a party to any such violation;
4. the Work is factually accurate and contains nothing defamatory or otherwise unlawful;
5. the Undersigned has substantially participated in the creation of the Work that enables him/her to claim authorship;
6. the Undersigned has no financial interest in the subject matter of the Work and has no affiliation with any entity that has a financial interest in the subject matter of the Work; and
7. the Undersigned hereby agrees to transfer and assign on behalf of the author and all co-authors all rights, title and interest in the article referred here above, including copyright.
The undersigned represents that he/she has the power and authority to make and execute this assignment. The undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless IEHE The Quest from any damage or expense that may arise in the event of a breach of any of the warranties set forth above.

In the event the above work is not accepted and published by IEHE The Quest or is withdrawn by the author(s) prior to the acceptance by IEHE The Quest, the foregoing copyright transfer shall become null and void and all materials embodying the Work submitted to IEHE The Quest will be destroyed.
For works written jointly, all joint authors must sign, or one of the authors must sign as an authorized representative for the others.
If IEHE, Bhopal receives any complaints about the published paper as a copied article, IEHE The Quest reserves the rights to remove the article from the journal, without any prior notice to the author and the author shall be liable to bear the consequences arising out of it.
